The post holder will support the House Manager and manage a House of up to 8 young people whilst on duty. The post holder will be responsible for the direct line management of staff and shift planning. They will also contribute to the Care Planning process alongside the Case Managers. You will be required to have a minimum of 4 GCSEs including English and Mathematics (Grade A-C), and QCF Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People or equivalent as per National Framework. The Community Wellbeing Team is a domiciliary care provider that supports individuals in their own homes across the Neath Port Talbot County Borough. We work closely with health colleagues to ensure that individuals are given a Reablement pathway to enable them to remain as independent as they can in their own homes as well as offering a short and long term service.
