This post will be working in the Benefits Team within Financial Services. Your role will involve the timely assessment and payment of Housing and Council Tax benefit claims.

You will be required to maintain detailed and accurate records of benefit recipients, respond to customer enquiries by phone, face to face, emails and letter.

The post requires 5 GCSE’s grade C or above including Maths and English.

This post is subject to a Standard DBS Disclosure.
