Training Advisor - Hairdressing

Salary: £4,898 - £5,408 per annum

The role of the Training Advisor Hairdressing will be to ensure that learners undertaking vocational on the job training and are given appropriate support and guidance in order to achieve their full potential completing assessments, reviews and individual learning plans. You will also assist delivery in local school for Y10/Y11 Hairdressing Qualification.

You will undertake quality assurance monitoring of documentation to ensure accuracy of start-up forms, LLWR documentation, learning plans, learner reports, placement records, college reports, relevant examination bodies’ documentation while maintaining delivery of the training provision when necessary.

The post requested 4 GCSE’s grade A to C or above, including English Language and Mathematics, be in possession of or working towards A1 and V1 awards (TAQA), possess NVQ Level 3 qualification in delivering Hairdressing, possess a teaching qualification (PGCE) or equivalent, Essential Skills Wales Qualification and registered to EWC.
