The post holder will be required to provide practical tenancy support to young people who are accommodated in a young person designated supported housing project. Also providing support to any YP housed in temporary accommodation via the Housing Options service and working alongside colleagues within the Housing Options service and partners to ensure identified needs are being met. The post holder is required to hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle for business purposes. A minimum of 4 GCSE’s grade A-C are required.

Welsh language skills are not necessary
