We are currently looking for a Social Worker to join the SPOC/Intake Team based in Neath Civic Centre Annexe. You will be part of a committed and dynamic workforce working alongside families and professionals undertaking assessments in line with the Social Services and Wellbeing Act which focuses on achieving positive outcomes for families, children and young people in NPT. The role also includes undertaking child protection enquires and, when required, managing the case until the initial child protection conference.
