Salary: £24,491 to £27,041 per annum (Grade 6 SCP 17 to SCP 22)

The post holder will be required to provide all households that present in housing need with appropriate, accurate and timely advice information and assistance; and take reasonable steps to help prevent those threatened with homelessness from becoming homeless and help households to secure suitable alternative accommodation.

It is essential that the post holder has experience of providing a front line homelessness service and working knowledge of Homelessness legislation and good practice.

Please note you must possess minimum qualifications of 4GCSE’s Grade A-C or equivalent.

Welsh language skills are desirable
