Based within the Housing Options Service, Beaufort House, Neath And with a requirement to work out of other locations as required

The post holder will be required to provide all households that present in housing need and are placed in interim accommodation with appropriate, accurate and timely support, advice, information and assistance and take reasonable steps to help those homeless households secure suitable alternative accommodation.

It is essential that the post holder has experience of providing a front line homelessness service and working knowledge of Homelessness legislation and good practice.

Please note you must possess minimum qualifications of 4 GCSE’s Grade A-C or equivalent.

Welsh language skills are desirable
