An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Assistive Technology Service within the integrated Community Resource Team. The post holder will provide maternity leave cover for an existing member of the team.

The post holder will support the AT Manager to deliver a flexible, high quality and effective service to customers and shareholders, employing a person centered approach to provide excellent service user experience

The AT Coordinator will be responsible for the operational coordination of all aspects of the AT service provision, ensuring flow through of referrals, installations are completed, stock is maintained and evaluations are provided to inform assessments and care plans.

The role will also support the AT Manager to develop innovative, enterprising and commercial solutions that contribute to the strategic and corporate priorities including the preventative agenda, a reduction of costs and generating new income.

The post requires a minimum of 4 GCSEs (grade A – C) (qualification) and educated to QCF Level 3 or equivalent.
