Salary: £32,878 per annum

The Service Manager will be accountable to the Board of Trustees, having overall responsibility for the management, including staff and budgets, ensuring that the organisation achieves its aims and objectives and complies with the legal obligations required of a charity and company limited by guarantee.
The Service Manager will work with trustees, staff and volunteers to ensure the needs of carers living within Neath Port Talbot are at the centre of everything they do. They will ensure the organisation achieves its strategic aims.
